“In time of peace, prepare for war”
Anonymous ponders: I'm okay with my body overall. I'm 4'11, I weigh 110 lbs. But I don't have a flat stomach nor do I have the thighs that I want. As of now, since I'm not looking to lose weight (if I lose any more weight I'm going to be considered anorexic by my doctor) all I do is squats, sit-ups, and crunches. What else do you think that I should do? Thanks in advance~

Okay I would quit sit ups. Honestly… I feel they do nothing. Try planks. Or some pop pilates and body rock ab work outs for some abs. But most likely you have a mean six pack, it’s just under some fat. I would make a hiit circuit. Mine is right now ten burpees, run up bleachers, run down bleachers, ten jumping jacks. Rest 1 minute. X 10 Every week I add in something else. Like next Monday I am adding in a 100m sprint. Also what I like to do is jump rope. That’s a good one. Jump rope for 2:00 and then do some type of plank or reverse sit up, bicycle, etc for 2:00 then go straight into jumping rope again. Do that non stop for like 8-10 mins. Then break for 1:00-2:00 mins and start again. Do it like 2-3 times. That’ll help you lose fat and keep building some abs. I would suggest plié squats for your thighs. Use like a book bag full of books or a big bag of flour for your weight. Unless you go to a gym. Use dumbbells. Wall sits too. Make sure when you squat, you squat ass to calves. Also, if you are taking in toooo much sodium, you will not have a flat stomach. Make sure you are drinking a gallon of water a day. And eat clean. Lean meats and veggies and fruit and complex carbs. All that will help flatten your tummy.

And I have a page somewhere in my reads that has a list of body weight workouts you can incorporate into what you already do. Somewhere over there in the side.
