“In time of peace, prepare for war”
Anonymous ponders: Easiest & fastest way to become flexible? I'm doing ballet next year at school & I'm trying so hard to become flexible before the class starts! I know flexibility can take time, but is there a way to "speed up" the process?

Stretch. Yoga maybe? I’m as flexible as a 2x4. Jealous of your ballet though! Practice practice. If you are waiting for your eggs to cook, nothing wrong with practicing your splits. Just know your limits. Don’t over do it. Stretch to an uncomfortable point and hold it. Each time go longer or deeper. This isn’t really my specialty though.
