Anonymous ponders: Hi, i was wandering if you take protein shakes or add any protein powder to anything? I've been training for the army for about 7 months so i'm at a reasonably high level of fitness but i just want to see abit more muscle definition and get some more muscle on my arms and abs. I've read into it and if you don't use up the extra energy or something it will be stored as fat, I don't want to go extreme with the muscle but i was wandering if you had any ideas or tips?

I cook pancakes a lot with PP. or add it to coffee. Look on bodybuilding.com for a cutting plan. That will give you the meals and the exercises to shed fat to see your awesome muscular physique.
