Anonymous ponders: What is a healthy amount of like.. fats, sugars, carbs ect. that you should eat daily and be aware of when shopping and you're looking at labels. I hope this question even makes sense haha

Mono fat and poly fat and a tiny bit of sat fat are good. And omega 3’s and 6’s, good. You don’t want ingredients like ” enriched, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oil ” and if the sugar seems low ( under 10g ) look for words ending in “ose” that means secret sugar. I have a page about fats in my articles. But usually under 10g of something is low. Over 10g is high. Depending on the serving. So if the serving is like… 1 tbs and it’s 8g sugar, that’s pretty high for such a tiny serving.
