Anonymous ponders: I'm not sure if I have shin splints (I haven't been to a doctor), but from what I've read, I think it is, and I'm not exactly sure of the exact time of when it started, but it's been a while. How do I fix it?

It’s something you kinda live with. You can try foam rolling. You can try stretching before like heel raises and walking backwards. You can try running on a softer surface. Getting better shoes. Etc. I deal with mine. I get into my runners high and ignore them. Google some things and deff make sure with a doctor they are s.s. and you don’t have a deeper problem.
