“In time of peace, prepare for war”
Anonymous ponders: I am a college student, so that means I am on a budget!I have been so blown away by some of the transformation stories I have been reading and I am determined to get in the best shape of my life. But I am just wondering if it's not to far fetched to think that you can see dramatic results without hiring a trainer? I know that with dedication and knowledge it can definitely take you a long ways. I am just curious if my expectations are unrealistic

God yes you can get amazing results by yourself. Go to body building . Com and there is plenty of people who don’t have a trainer. Just takes dedication. You can get all your knowledge from books and readings just like they did. Only difference is, they are paid for it. You are selling yourself short here. There is lots of free programs online trainers have MADE for you. He just won’t be there to push you. That you gotta do yourself.
