I was given a date to ship out for basic, and then meps caught something in my paperwork, and I had to get a waiver and my recruiter is saying it could take a year to go through. So I've gone from constantly pushing myself and working out nearly every day, sometimes a few times a day, to not working out at all. My body is in already in shape, and without something to work towards (like a pt test), I feel like I have nothing to work towards. Then we did sumo kettle bell squats on top of plyo boxes. That hurt like a dick. I was getting light headed. Then one of those bands around my thighs, squat down and crab walk/shuffle whatever back and forth. I was like. In tears. &lt;br/&gt;
Then LDR&amp;#8217;s. Then&amp;#8230; Leg curls. Then. Single leg leg extensions. Then calf raises. &lt;br/&gt;
Then standing cable crunches. &lt;br/&gt;
Then more bike.&lt;br/&gt;
And I want to swim later.
