Super Silky Summer Legs
Next time you are feeling down, about to binge, going on a date, or just need to pamper yourself, do this. I just did it and I can not stop rubbing my legs together. It feels like I paid for that over expensive pedicure at the salon.

Now this isn’t just geared to ladies…. guys, if you want to get lucky, I suggest you offer to rub your ladies’ feet with this mix too. It feels awesome, and when you get lucky, you will be thanking me that her rough grandma feet aren’t cutting your legs, if ya know what I’m saying… hahaha.

Protein Powder Zucchini Bread

Choose your ball. Selecting a ball that is the right size for you is most important. While medicine balls are usually 14 inches in diameter, the important factor is that the ball’s diameter fits comfortably between your shoulders. For instance, a person with a small frame may prefer a ball that is only 12 inches in diameter.
Basketballs and soccer balls are commonly used for do-it-yourself medicine balls and can be obtained cheaply in varying sizes. You could also use rubber four-square balls, but these tend to be less durable and slippery, and are not recommended for slamming or high-impact exercises.
Select your filling! The filling for the ball will determine the weight, consistency, and “give.” Common fillings include rice, birdseed, dirt or sand, and gravel. Rice and birdseed are the lightest options and birdseed may prove more resistant to clumping if you live in a humid area, but it can be expensive. Dirt and sand are the cheapest approaches. A full-size basketball (15-inch diameter) filled with sand will weigh about 25 pounds. You can use this as a guideline when choosing your filling.
Once you have selected your filling, you will need to cut a hole in your ball with a box-cutter or sharp knife and carefully fill it using a funnel. Be sure to cut the hole just large enough for the narrow end of the funnel and be careful not to rip the hole larger while filling.
Sealing It Up.
Seal the ball using a combination of glue and tape. First, seal the hole with glue. This requires a very strong adhesive, such as Gorilla Glue, Shoe Goo, or something of equal or higher quality. Let the glue set completely.
Once the glue is dry, wrap your ball in several layers of industrial-strength tape to reinforce it and keep the hole from tearing open. Duct tape is a good option for this. You may also choose to add a second layer of a textured grip tape to keep the ball from becoming slick while in use.
