I asked my trainer for a generic, regular, non-competition, everyday, average, basic, any age, easy, meal plan. That being said, if you follow this, it is on your OWN CHOICE. Don’t ask me can you change this for that or add this here or there or whatever. I’m not a nutritionist, doctor, etc. She’s my trainer and I’m not going to answer questions on this meal plan since I didn’t write it!
Again, follow on your OWN terms!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111one
Eating every 3-4 hours.

YOUR BLACK BEAN BROWNIES AS REQUESTED!
Pancakes in morning.
I wouldn’t consider this super-healthy because it is using prepackaged crap. But it has lots of fiber. :D

I have coconut flour left over so I have been experimenting with it. SWEET POTATO CHOCOLATECHIP C000KKKIIIEESSS.
I hope you like them! I cut the recipe in half because I am not good at self control. I would eat all 12. Recipe yields 10-12 cookies:
Wet Ingredients
2 whole eggs
1.5 cups cooked mashed sweet potato (fresh not canned)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons gluten free vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
1/4 cup stevia
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cookie sheet by lining with parchment or lightly greasing with coconut oil.
Combine and sift dry ingredients. Set aside.
Bake, peel, mash your sweet potato.
Cream eggs in bowl. Add mashed sweet potato, oil, vanilla extract, and blend to combine.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Blend with mixer to thoroughly combine. Scoop dough with 1 or 2 ounce ice cream scooper and arrange onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
They are super moist. I hope you enjoy them!!

If you are vegan, you can replace the honey with agave and visit here http://www.veganbakingsecrets.com/?p=240 for egg substitutes.
Homemade Ranch Seasoning
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon dill
2 teaspoons garlic powder(I fucking love garlic so I loaded it up)
1 teaspoon chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Now just mix it in sour cream for dip or add milk and mayo for dressing or whatever you want to use it for.
I seasoned my burger with it and it was deeeelliiiisssshhhh.
From this post recipe
Protein “Icing”
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons water or milk
vanilla or vanilla stevia
(BONUS: If you use chocolate, it is like pudding and you can dip fruit in it!!! The vanilla “icing” is not that great so use this at your own risk, lol!)
Slowly add the water/milk to the protein powder until it is as thick as you like. Use the vanilla/stevia to sweeten or change the flavor of the “icing”. Drizzle on top.
Next, sweet potato brownies?
Baked Oatmeal “Cinnamon Roll”
OMG, Died and went to heaven.
First, I apologize for the shitty lighting of this photo, it does it no justice and I couldn’t record me making this because of the lighting, if you want me to make a video for it, just let me know, okay? Okay.
Now… this does not taste like it came straight from the damn Cinnabon, but so fucking close, like the closest you will get to keeping it clean as fuck. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF RIGHT NOW FOR THIS, SNIFF-SNIFF-SNIFFLE.
You can double it to make a regular serving of oatmeal(1/2 cup) but I only eat 1/4 cup, personally.
THEN ORGASUMMMM ALL IN YOUR MOUTH, KAY?!!?
LOL.
Seriously, I am about to make a million in cupcake tins and save them all for quick breakfasts so I don’t gotta spend my mornings making these.
I am still in cahoots of perfecting a “frosting” with vanilla protein powder.
Fuck yeah, I am so happy right now.
Okay, BYEEEEE.
Enjoy.
1 1/2 cups oatmeal, quick or old fashioned - uncooked
2 ripe bananas, mashed with fork until creamy
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together & let sit for 10 minutes
Drop cookie dough, by spoonfuls, onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet & flatten cookies into rounds.
Bake approx. 20 - 30 minutes, or until golden & done.
If made like above, each cookie is about 65 calories(makes 12).
If you have any recipes you want me to try, or any ideas for videos, let me know.
Thank you, http://fight-0ff-yourdem0ns.tumblr.com, for the recipe!
How To Eat Healthy And Save
Kind of lame and I chopped a lot of my own words off, but you get the drift. I was seriously falling asleep editing this. Lol.
You don’t have to buy everything organic. Pick and choose according to your means, but keep in mind that there are certain foods with higher pesticide loads (and therefore better bought organic). You can find a list of these foods here
